YourStudio in New York is seeking an Account Director to lead Client Services, nurturing long-term client relationships, driving growth, and collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional work.

Based in LA with travel across the West Coast, you will guide projects from brief to delivery, ensuring solutions are on time, on budget, and on brief while championing sustainability and social responsibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of agency experience in client services or brand design, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and leading cross-functional teams.
• A natural communicator and connector, fluent in bridging strategic insight with compelling narrative.
• Confident in the detail while comfortable navigating ambiguity—you thrive on solving complex problems and keeping momentum.
• Energised by people, big ideas, and shaping experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Committed to delivering purpose-driven work that creates a meaningful impact far beyond the brief.

We’re looking for an Account Director to join our Client Services team — a natural leader, strategic thinker, and relationship builder who knows how to turn great partnerships into great work.
