Concept Arts Inc. is seeking an Account Director, Digital to lead client management and growth across Digital & Social initiatives in Los Angeles.

You will cultivate relationships with entertainment studios, streamers, and major brands, acting as the client advocate and ensuring projects align with brand strategy. Collaborate with the Creative Director to craft briefs, refine creative concepts, and manage budgets and timelines.

Formación

• Experience in managing high-value client relationships
• Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable briefs
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking with market and brand awareness

Responsabilidades

• Identify and drive new business initiatives to meet targets for Digital & Social
• Develop and manage a book of business with studios, streamers, or major brands
• Advocate for clients and align projects with brand strategy
• Write project briefs and co-lead internal meetings
• Evaluate and refine creative based on client brands
• Proactively communicate with client, creative, management and production teams to keep projects on schedule and budget
• Collaborate with Creative Director to ensure on-brand creative
• Prepare proposals including budgets and timelines and negotiate with clients
• Position Concept Arts as a long-term social partner for multi-phase engagements
• Oversee and develop the senior account team; foster teamwork and collaboration
• Measure performance against KPIs including pipeline health and revenue growth
