Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington's Kelley School of Business seeks an experienced Career Advisor to guide undergraduate students in career exploration, planning, and employment. You will coach individuals and groups, develop programs, and collaborate with faculty to connect students with internships and full-time roles.

The role emphasizes data-driven assessment, workshop delivery, and engagement with a broad university network to support student success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in career consulting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 and group career coaching to undergraduate business students.
• Develop and deliver career planning programs and events.
• Assist in data collection and reporting for office assessment.
• Support career education classes and workshops.
• Collaborate with faculty and external partners to enhance student opportunities.
