Job summary

Moss Holding Company is seeking an Account Coordinator to collaborate with Account Managers to handle day-to-day operations in the Account Management department. You will assist with price quotes, opportunity tracking, project management, and artwork administration while training for advancement to Associate Account Manager or Account Manager.

This role provides hands-on exposure to cross-functional project activities, with a path toward increased responsibility within the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred: Sales or Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages quote and work order administration in Moss OS, including price quotes, opportunities, and artwork.
• Participates Project Launch meetings to align cost, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinates with outside service providers contracted for projects.
• Supports Account Managers in managing project schedules, lead times, art file requirements, PO deadlines, installation scheduling, and production scheduling.
• Responds promptly to inquiries and forwards information to the appropriate person.
• Participates in meetings with customers, installers, outsource product providers, and internal resources.
• Performs back-up coverage for Account Managers during business travel & PTO.
• Maintains documentation such as change orders, approvals, scheduling, and client files in Moss OS.
• Understands Moss’s capabilities and knows the steps to deliver a successful project.
