• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Minimal direct client interaction, supports team in client communication preparation as needed
• Maintains basic working knowledge of industry and assigned client(s)
• Ensures all program details are captured and communicated accurately
• Monitors timelines & project status across multiple projects; supports program execution tasks for team
• Delivers internal communication focused on timeliness, clarity and attention to detail
• Demonstrates qualities of an overall team player, proactively pitch in and support various functions and needs of the business
• Supports updates to team reports including master timeline, program checklist(s), and client status documents
• Supports team on pulling financial data to inform reports acquisition
• Other duties as assigned
