Job summary

Havas Creative is seeking an entry-level Account Coordinator to support the assigned account management team with day-to-day operations and project coordination. The role involves preparing materials for meetings and maintaining comprehensive status reports for internal and client stakeholders.

Candidates will develop knowledge of the client’s business and competitive landscape, conduct competitive tracking, and handle meeting notes and meeting invites as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with minimal prior business experience.
• Supports assigned account management team with project initiation and coordination, as well as administrative needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of the client's business and competitive market to support the team.
• Delivers competitive tracking and analysis to internal teams.
• Ensures materials are prepared in advance for internal and client meetings.
• Creates weekly status reports for all ongoing projects and communicates with internal teams and clients.
• Takes detailed meeting notes and distributes a recap to stakeholders.
• Coordinates agency and client schedules and sends meeting invites when asked.
