Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking an Account Consultant I to provide day-to-day account management for an assigned group of fleet management clients. You will focus on accurate order execution, responsive service, and timely coordination with internal teams, vendors, and dealerships.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. The role requires high school diploma with 1–3 years in customer service or account coordination and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer contact, or account coordination in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders for complete information; expedite urgent orders and track to completion.
• Coordinate with dealerships for vehicle availability, up-fitting, and delivery to meet client needs; respond to questions via email/phone.
• Generate client metrics reports and maintain client data; manage relationships with vendors.
• Audit invoices, oversee title and registration processing, and manage accounts receivable to keep client accounts in good standing.
