Job summary

TelevisaUnivision's Local Sales Team seeks an Account Coordinator to support Account Executives in transactional efforts. This role is data-entry and numbers-intensive, requiring strong computer proficiency across order processing software.

You will work closely with the TV sales, traffic, finance and collections teams from our New York office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a proactive self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of independent work yet

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with related sales/advertising experience.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with order entry systems and media research tools.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into WideOrbit and Strata, verifying accuracy.
• Pull preemptions daily and send makegood offers.
• Assist AEs with pulling avails with correct rates and programming.
• Create historical rate sheets and trackers in Excel for AEs to cross reference and approve orders and avails.
• Post, pre-post on accounts and create ADU schedules as necessary to ensure deliverables.
• Coordinate ad copy and verify quality with traffic.
• Serve as main point of contact in the department for the agency, stations and traffic.
• Follow up on collections and outstanding invoices by contacting agency and collections department.
• General administrative tasks such as answering calls, preparing reports, etc.

Job description

The Local Sales Team at TelevisaUnivision is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team! We seek an enthusiastic and aggressive self-starter to assist Account Executives in their transactional efforts. This is a data entry and numbers intensive position demanding extensive computer competence in various order processing software's. We strongly focus on being detail oriented and communicative as we are in contact with all TV stations across the country. You will work hand in hand with our TV sales team, traffic department, finance and collections team. You will report directly to the Regional Account Coordinator Supervisor.

About You

The ideal candidate must be able to deal with a variety of strong and dynamic personalities. This is a demanding position in a high pressure and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can work independently while also being part of a team environment. Important traits include: communicative, resourceful, innovative, collaborative and detail oriented.

Your Day-day

You Have

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Customer service experience.
• Exposure to order entry systems and any other media research tools.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work from office in New York, NY

Base pay Range - $40,000-$50,1000 + Benefits

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
