Job description

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to assist Account Executives and the National Sales Manager with marketing and promotions coordination. The role serves as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Production, and Activations departments.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and revise orders and provide traffic department instructions.
• Manage preemption spots and request inventory updates for make‑good offers.
• Coordinate make‑good approval with Account Executives.
• Confirm and process orders/make‑goods using Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox, and Katz Media Group.
• Request copy points, logos, images, and prizes from clients to production.
• Coordinate in‑station executions and manage station events and client remotes.
• Pull revenue, competitive, and historical reports from various sales applications.
• Enter missing copy and production requests through VCreative.
• Update sales trackers.
• Create PowerPoint event recaps for clients after on‑site events.
• Reconcile end‑of‑month invoices.
• Assist with co‑op translation of TV/Radio scripts and research paperwork for credit memos.
• Provide sales back‑up as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tangible or intangible sales.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good customer service and strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi‑task work environment.
• Computer skills including Windows 200/XP, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Fluency in Spanish (read and write).
• Strong communication, resourcefulness, innovation, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Salary Range

Base Salary: $47,000–$52,000 + benefits. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is located at our Dallas office and requires onsite work.
