Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented analytics and presentation specialist to support advertising and media insights across multiple markets. You will maintain multi-tab workbooks, assemble decks, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines across teams.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset across time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills; able to work with multi-tab workbooks containing market-level sales and spend data.
• Strong PowerPoint skills; able to build clean, on-template presentation decks.
• Obsessive attention to detail, especially with externally presented numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage fixed deadlines across multiple markets.
• Ability to work collaboratively across agency departments.
• Proactive and curious approach to understanding data.
• Interest in advertising, media, AI, and the automotive category is a plus.
• Comfortable working across Central, Mountain, and Eastern time zones.

Responsibilities

• Assemble monthly and quarterly HDAA presentation decks using materials from across the team
