Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Account Coordinator to support client communications, resolve issues, and collaborate with the project team to track account status. Under the Account Manager’s direction, you will help manage invoices and accounts receivable while ensuring processes and service offerings are clearly communicated to clients.

This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and initiative.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client communications and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Assist with invoices and accounts receivable under direction of Account Manager.
  • Collaborate with project team to track account status.
  • Follow processes and seek continual improvement.
  • Prepare weekly status and call reports.
  • Ensure understanding of company capabilities and services.

Job description

  • Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Manager of any problems that may arise.
  • With direction from the account manager, manage the invoices and account receivables for the account.
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status at all times.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed and work toward process improvement
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and gain the ability to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
  • Reports to the Account Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
  • Report analysis, trending and corrective actions
  • Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
  • Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location
