Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Ohio is seeking an experienced logistics professional to act as the main liaison between clients and the CWW network, manage a book of business, and drive value through strategic solutions.

You will lead monthly business reviews, build internal and external relationships, deploy SOPs across origin/destination points, and support a 10% net revenue growth goal. This role requires travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum five years related experience.
• Minimum four years industry experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Creates Value Propositioning and drives solutions for one strategic solution per client per quarter.
• Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network.
• Conducts internal and external monthly business reviews.
• Builds local relationships and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creates and deploys SOPs for origin/destination points and obtains sign-off.
• Manages RCCA process and drives continuous improvement.
• Participates in and manages the quoting process.
• Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business.
• Manages anomaly and exception reports (financial and operational).
• Drives cross-selling opportunities and defines scope of work with sign-off.

Job description

• Creates Value Propositioning and drives solutions. Provides, documents, and reviews one strategic solution per client managed in their book of business per quarter.
• Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network.
• Internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis.
• Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally.
• Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points. Obtains sign off both internally and externally.
• Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement.
• Participates in and manages quoting process.
• Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business.
• Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational.
• Drives cross selling opportunities
• Defines/documents and gains sign off on Scope of Work both internally and externally.
• Manages and Drives Company mandated ROTP.
• Maintains invoicing requirements contained within the SOP with DD and Regional Director Account Management signature.
• Collaborates with stations and client to build a healthy and steady collections process.
• Maintain AR below percentage in accordance with company goal.
• Responsible for driving 10% Net Revenue growth YOY for respective book of business.
• Other duties as assigned
