Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a client-focused logistics coordinator to work closely with account teams, resolve conflicts, and keep customers informed about service capabilities.

You will process invoices and accounts receivable, monitor account status with the project team, follow procedures, and contribute to process improvements while delivering accurate reporting and timely communications.

Qualifications

  • BA in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • High school diploma or higher required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Directly resolve client conflicts and ensure efficient handling.
  • Coordinate with account manager to process invoices and AR.
  • Collaborate with project team to maintain account status.
  • Follow procedures and drive process improvements.
  • Communicate company capabilities and services to clients.
  • Prepare reports, analyze trends, and take corrective actions.

Job description

  • Works directly with client on conflict resolution as issues arise. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Works with account manager to process invoices and account receivables for the account.
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status at all times.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed and work toward process improvement
  • Communicates all aspects company capabilities and service to the client.
  • Report analysis, trending and corrective actions
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.

Education & Experience

  • BA in Business Administration or four years related experience

Certification & Licenses

  • Professional certification may be required in some areas
