Job summary

Kelli Ashbrook State Farm is seeking an Account Associate to support daily agency operations and help customers with their insurance needs. You will grow the agency by building relationships, facilitating policy changes, and acting as a liaison between customers and departments.

As a team member, you will actively market relevant products, handle inquiries, and strive to deliver outstanding service while supporting personal and community-focused goals within a local Texas/Atlanta market.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
