Crawford Electric Supply is seeking an Account Representative for the PNP Program at the RDC/Branch. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, identify opportunities, and strive to grow small-to-medium accounts while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or outbound sales call experience
• Basic navigation of Eclipse, SSM and Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable of electrical products and electrical distribution
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
• Ability to use CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to current and potential customers; aim to generate revenue
• Identify, qualify, and grow small to medium accounts with PNP Program Leadership
• Manage large volumes of calls in a timely manner
• Follow scripts for various topics
• Upsell products and services when opportunities arise
• Build sustainable relationships and respond to customer needs with solutions
• Keep CRM records clearly and accurately
• Attend trainings to improve knowledge and performance
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Understand marketing campaigns and communicate them to customers
• Setup and maintain SPAs and customer digital platforms
• Utilize CRM as the customer management tool
