Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator to provide operational support for clients and candidates, ensuring tested accommodations are implemented correctly. You will handle inquiries, schedule exams, and coordinate with clients, vendors, test centers and internal teams to execute approved accommodations such as extra time, separate rooms, interpreters, and related tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service position.
• Strong professional communication and time management skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential material.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, candidates, and internal teams to provide exceptional service.
• Execute accommodations requests following client guidelines, meeting 1 business day KPI.
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule readers, interpreters, and support.
• Ensure equipment, software, and exam content are prepared and shipped to test centers.
• Communicate exam details to Pearson VUE centers to ensure site readiness.
• Develop SME knowledge of test center capacity to meet KPIs.
• Support Helpdesk lines for accommodations requests.
