Job summary

Pearson Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support to ensure testing accommodations are correctly implemented. You will handle client and candidate inquiries about testing with approved accommodations, schedule exam appointments, and coordinate with clients, external vendors, internal teams, and test centers to meet requirements.

Minimum 2+ years in a customer service role.
Strong professional communication and time management skills.
Ability to exercise discretion with confidential material.

Responsibilities

Interface with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service.
Process accommodation requests following client guidelines to meet 1 business day KPI.
Coordinate with service provider vendors to schedule readers, recorders, interpreters, and translators per client needs.
Ensure equipment, software, and exam content are prepared and shipped to test centers for exam day.
Communicate exam appointment details to Pearson VUE test centers and other locations.
Develop SME knowledge of test center capacity guidelines for KPI targets.
Support Helpdesk lines for accommodations.
