Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator in Salem, OR to support clients and candidates with testing accommodations. You will schedule exams, coordinate with vendors and test centers, and ensure compliance with ADA policies while upholding exceptional service standards.

You will work with internal teams and external providers to implement accommodations such as extended time, separate rooms, and assistive services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service position.
• Strong professional communication and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion with confidential material.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Correctly and efficiently execute requests for candidates approved to test with accommodations following client guidelines.
• Coordinate with service providers to schedule readers, interpreters, and translators as required.
• Ensure equipment, software, and exam content are prepared and shipped to the test center for exam day.
• Communicate exam appointment details to Pearson VUE test centers to ensure site readiness.
• Develop SME knowledge of test center capacity guidelines to meet KPIs.
• Support the Accommodation Scheduling Helpdesk and related channels.
