Job summary

Pearson is hiring an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator to provide operational support for testing accommodations. You will coordinate with clients, candidates, test centers, and vendors to ensure approved accommodations such as extra time, separate rooms, interpreters, and assistive technologies are scheduled and implemented accurately.

The role follows ADA guidelines, works Monday-Friday 10:30 AM–7 PM Central, and requires at least two years in customer service, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong professional communication and time management skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion with confidential material and data.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accommodations with clients, candidates, vendors, and test centers.
• Process accommodation requests following client guidelines to meet KPI targets.
• Schedule support staff such as readers, interpreters, and translators as needed.
• Ensure equipment, software, and test content are prepared for exam day.
• Communicate appointment details to test centers to ensure readiness.
• Support center staff handling accommodations and intake inquiries.
