Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator to provide operational support for testing accommodations. You will coordinate with clients, candidates, vendors and test centers to ensure approved accommodations—such as extra time, separate rooms, sign language interpreters, and equipment—are correctly implemented.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service position.
• Strong communication and time management skills as well as excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential material.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and implementation of testing accommodations with clients and candidates.
• Interface with clients, candidates, and internal teams to provide exceptional service.
• Schedule exam appointments and coordinate with external vendors and test centers.
• Communicate exam details to Pearson VUE centers to ensure site readiness.
• Maintain SME knowledge of test center capacity guidelines to meet KPIs.
• Support Accommodation Scheduling Helpdesk lines for client inquiries.
