Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture is seeking an Employee Relations – Accommodations Specialist to lead the workplace accommodations program across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, and business leaders to deliver compliant, employee-centric solutions and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Employee Relations experience with significant responsibility for workplace accommodations.
• Experience managing high-volume accommodation cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accommodation and leave laws (e.g., ADA, PWFA, FMLA, CFRA).
• Experience partnering with HR, Legal, managers, and third-party leave administrators throughout the interactive process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and candidates requesting workplace accommodations.
• Lead the interactive accommodation process by reviewing requests and evaluating medical documentation.
• Partner with HR and management to evaluate job functions and essential duties.
• Coordinate accommodation-related leave requests with the external LOA administrator.
• Manage a high volume of confidential accommodation cases from intake through implementation.
• Research and recommend appropriate workplace accommodations and modifications.
• Develop communications and forms to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Advise HRBPs, leaders, and employees on processes and laws.
• Analyze trends to identify risks and improve processes.
• Collaborate with the broader Employee Relations team on related cases.
