Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of people and effectively partner with all levels including team members, vendors, HR and leaders.
• Detail orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to make independent decisions using internal policies and processes.
• Ability to flex your schedule to be available for team member contact between 7AM – 6 PM Monday - Friday.
• Passion for delivering a positive team member experience and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer operating skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end case management by serving as a subject matter expert on the accommodation process, including administration of the interactive process by understanding team member restrictions, need for a reasonable accommodation, brainstorming potential solutions and partnering with local HR and leaders to implement accommodations.
• Ability to discern escalated and complex situations that may require consultation with Sr. Manager Accommodations or Sr. Accommodations Business Partner.
• Create and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records.
• Maintain a full caseload of approximately 80 cases, that may fluctuate during periods of high volume.
