Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Coordinator to support individuals requesting accommodations under ADA/ADAAA and to guide management on disability compliance. The role reviews medical information, interfaces with health care providers, and maintains case files with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy.

The position requires 1 year of related experience, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail with an emphasis on ensuring accuracy.
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple simultaneous deadlines.
Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook and HRIS system).
Ability to work with high motivation and limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Serve as subject matter expert for accommodations and ADA/ADAAA compliance.
Coordinate with applicants, management, and health care providers to review and document accommodation requests.
Maintain accurate accommodation files and monitor case load to ensure timely responses.
Prepare correspondence related to investigations and accommodation requests.
Ensure confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive medical information.
