Job summary

Quince, a direct-to-consumer retailer, seeks a Merchandising Manager, Accessories, to expand and manage Eyewear, Socks, Soft Accessories, Tech Accessories, and Pet Accessories at Quince.

Based in San Francisco with three days in the office, you will drive assortment strategy, partner with product, sourcing and marketing, and relentlessly focus on quality, price, and customer value. You will analyze data and identify growth opportunities to enhance margins and performance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience in the Accessories categories, preferably with luxury expertise.
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred.
• Proven track record of progression and growth in roles.

Responsibilities

• Scale and refine the Accessories assortment (Eyewear, Socks, Soft Accessories, Tech Accessories, Pet Accessories).
• Identify expansion opportunities across Accessories for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with production development, sourcing, and technical design to develop and improve products.
• Partner with planning, site merchandising and marketing to grow the business.
• Focus on quality and price to deliver value to customers.
• Drive the business to meet sales targets, improve customer ratings and margins.
