Qualifications

• Based in San Francisco, CA, with 3 days in the office per week.
• 5–10 years of retail merchandising in Luggage/Travel, preferably luxury.
• E-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) experience preferred.
• Proven track record of rising within an organization and expanding responsibilities.
• Experience leveraging data tools and external sources for merchandising decisions.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs with a data-informed approach.
• Highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused; strong problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with flexibility to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Scale and refine the Luggage/Travel assortment to drive growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities across Luggage/Travel for long-term success.
• Collaborate with production, sourcing, and design to develop products.
• Work with planning, site merchandising, and marketing to grow the business.
• Maintain focus on product quality, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
