Job summary

Quince, a San Francisco–based brand, is seeking a Merchandising Manager, Diamonds to expand and manage the Diamonds assortment. You will own category strategy, launches, and performance to drive revenue.

Collaborate with Product Development and Sourcing to align quality, costs, and vendor execution. Analyze data to guide decisions and refine the product roadmap with new learnings. Office presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of retail jewelry merchandising experience (diamonds), preferably luxury.
• 1–2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with ecommerce or DTC channels.
• Proven track record of growth and progression in roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Diamonds merchandising: category strategy, assortment, launches, and performance.
• Influence long-term planning; deliver near-term results independently.
• Redefine quality standards for Diamonds across the business.
• Partner with PD and Sourcing to align quality, costs, and vendor execution.
• Analyze data to drive decisions: sales velocity, margin, return rate.
• Maintain market pulse and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Onboard best-in-class vendors to expand sourcebase.
• Refine product roadmap based on new learnings.
• May manage Analysts or Asst Merchants (0–2 reports).
