Crawford Technologies in Potsdam, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Office Technician to join our Accessibility-Digital Remediation team. You will create accessible documents, perform quality control, and work both independently and with colleagues to meet client SLAs.

On-the-job training will prepare you to handle Braille, Large Print, Audio, and e-Text formats while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and meet client SLA timelines.
• Experience with accessible documents and desktop publishing is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day digital remediation to meet SLA requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of digital remediation rules per PDFs, WCAG, HHS.
• Follow client specs for digital remediation as required.
• Adhere to alternate format rules under industry standards.
• Collaborate on accessible document support and training.
• Transcribe documents into Braille, Large Print, Audio, and e-Text.
• Maintain security standards and QC processes.
• Ensure quality control requirements are met.
