Job summary

On-the-job training will equip you to handle Braille, Large Print, Audio, and e-Text formats. Strong communication and time management are essential for meeting SLAs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Experience with accessible documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day digital remediation to meet client SLAs.
• Maintain knowledge of digital remediation rules (PDFUA / WCAG / HHS).
• Follow client specifications for digital remediation.
• Adhere to alternate format rules and Crawford standards.
• Collaborate with the team on accessible documents support and training.
• Transcribe documents into Braille, Large Print, Audio, and e-Text.
