Job summary

SourceAmerica is seeking Accessibility Interns to support our AbilityOne Programs, focusing on creating accessible documents and samples for portfolios. You will remediate PDFs, PowerPoints, and Word documents and learn accessibility software.

You will contribute to templates, participate in the Everyday Performance Management program, and take on special projects as assigned. A strong collaboration mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed the LaunchIT (Information Technology) program course.

Responsibilities

• Review and remediate PDFs and documents for accessibility barriers.
• Assist with the creation of internal and external document templates.
• Learn and use accessibility software such as Colour Contrast Analyzer and Commonlook PDF.
• Participate in SourceAmerica's Everyday Performance Management program.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
