Job summary

Scheurer is looking for an Assistant Director to ensure students with disabilities receive their legal rights under ADA and Section 504. The role involves managing student cases, overseeing the Accessibility Information Management system, and promoting best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include coaching students and advising on disability-related issues, ensuring all students are supported and aware of available resources.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an educational setting, preferably with students with disabilities.
• Master's in counseling, education, rehabilitation, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of students disclosing disabilities.
• Complete intake and evaluate accommodations for students.
• Develop best practices related to disability resources.
