Qualifications

• BA required; current Master’s student preferred.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience; education may substitute.
• Experience in educational settings preferred.
• Knowledge of ADA and Section 504 as they relate to higher education.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative operations of the accommodated testing center.
• Schedule exams and maintain confidential records and calendars.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from students, faculty, and staff.
• Proctor exams and assist with testing logistics.
• Navigate diverse student needs and foster supportive environments.
