Job summary

Thisiscny is seeking a Student Accessibility Services and Testing Center Specialist to oversee the university’s Testing Center and accommodated testing services. You will coordinate testing across colleges, ensure ADA/504 compliance, and protect confidential student information.

The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a high‑volume, compliance‑driven environment. Occasional director duties may be asked.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience.
• Experience in a higher education or student support environment.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Testing Center operations and accommodated testing services.
• Serve as liaison among faculty, students, Student Disability Services, and academic departments.
• Ensure ADA/504 compliance and maintain academic integrity.
• Develop and implement operational procedures for testing services.
• Administer the Accommodate case management system and train testing personnel.
• Establish scalable systems to support growth and manage confidential student information.
• May step in for director as needed and assist with data collection and records management.
