Accessibility Services Student Assistant (2025/2026) - FWS

Job Title: Accessibility Services Student Assistant (2025/2026) - FWS

Student Position Type: Part-Time; FTE: 10-15 hours per week. Student schedule must be flexible to work between Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm.

Job Description Summary

Responsible for proctoring exams for students registered with Accessibility Services, coordinating proctoring schedule, processing proctor-related forms and test accommodation documents, and assisting with other aspects of Accessibility Services.

Specific Duties
  • Proctor exams for registered students.
  • Coordinate proctor and exam schedules.
  • Assist with Accessibility Services programming efforts.
  • Create flyers/newsletters and general marketing materials.
  • Track usage of accommodations and assist in workshop implementation.
  • Organize, sort, process paperwork and copy materials.
  • Collect and track data on student communications, interactions, and success strategies.
  • Assist Accessibility Services department in various projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and notify the Director of Accessibility Services of any escalated issues.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A dependable, computer proficient student able to follow directions and complete assigned work in a timely manner.
  • Willing and able to handle data and materials confidentially.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, listening and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Google Drive.
  • Must be a ULV student.
