Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking an Administrator for Access Training Design within the Patient Access Organization to lead the strategy, design, development, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise training programs supporting centralized scheduling, registration, referral workflows, and ambulatory access operations.

This role combines instructional design expertise with leadership of a training team responsible for enabling call center agents, supervisors and performance coaches to execute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Education or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years progressive responsibility in instructional design.
• Healthcare Operations Training experience in ambulatory workflows, scheduling or referral processes; familiarity with graphic design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, development, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise training programs.
• Provide leadership for training professionals delivering learning to call center agents, supervisors and coaches.
• Collaborate with Operations, PAO leaders, clinical stakeholders, and technology teams to align training with workflow governance.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design/Instructional Technology/Adult Education

Master’s Degree preferred
