Job summary

UCLA Health seeks an Administrator, Access Training Design to lead the strategy, design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise training programs for centralized scheduling and ambulatory access.

The role combines instructional design expertise with leadership of training professionals, collaborating with Operations, PAO leaders, clinical stakeholders, and technology teams to align programs with standards and the broader access strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or a related field or equivalent.
Master’s degree preferred or 5+ years’ progressive instructional design experience.
3 years healthcare operations training in ambulatory workflows, call centers, or revenue cycle.
Experience implementing onboarding programs and measuring training effectiveness.
Experience partnering with leaders to translate performance trends into learning interventions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise training programs for centralized scheduling and ambulatory access.
Ensure programs align with workflow governance and organizational standards.
Collaborate with Operations, PAO leaders, clinical stakeholders and technology teams.
