  • 3 years of performance governance with dashboards and accountability.
  • 3 years data-driven leadership with KPIs and corrective actions.
  • 3 years cross-functional stakeholder engagement across departments.
  • 2 years process improvement or Lean/Six Sigma initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Unify operational execution and governance to drive high reliability and quality.
  • Oversee supervisors and Access Performance Coaches; align daily work with objectives.
  • Bridge strategy with frontline performance, ensuring integrated system workflow.
