Job summary

Dayton Children's - South Campus is seeking an Access Specialist I to support the Patient Access team in the Emergency Department on a part-time basis. The role handles appointment scheduling, registration, and insurance verification, while maintaining excellent patient relations.

Under supervision, you will assist with data entry, PHI handling, referral processing and payment collection, contributing to Dayton Children's financial solvency and compassionate, safe care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service (front desk/patient facing).
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities
