CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Locksmith to perform maintenance and service on locks, access systems, and related hardware for commercial facilities. You will handle preventative and corrective work, install lock systems, and maintain security across client sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year locksmith experience in commercial environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Documentation in CMMS compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative and/or corrective maintenance on locks, doors, and related hardware according to work orders.
• Installs and maintains pneumatic locking systems, door sensors, electric doors, and panic devices.
• Establishes and maintains key lock and access control systems for secure buildings.
• Responds to emergencies regarding locking devices with promptness.
• Completes CMMS documentation and logs accurately.
• Trains other technicians and provides mentorship as needed.
• Complies with OSHA guidelines and safety standards.
