Job summary

Keenova is hiring an Access and Reimbursement Manager to lead treatment access initiatives across NYC metro. You will drive pull-through with offices, pharmacies, and the Patient Service Center, while coordinating across Sales and other partners to expedite treatment initiation.

The role requires strong payer analytics, regulatory awareness, and the ability to develop actionable plans in a fast-paced setting. Significant field travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in specialty pharmaceutical products, or minimum of 2 years' access-related position outside of pharma.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with both commercial and government payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead case pull-through with prescribing offices, Patient Service Center and sales colleagues.
• Identify payer trends and coordinate and execute tactical plans to maintain treatment access.
• Educate HCP offices on best practices to streamline authorization and expedite treatment access.
• Travel up to 60% with overnights dependent on geography.
