Job summary

Keenova is hiring an Access and Reimbursement Manager for the NYC Metro area, focusing on maintaining patient access through the treatment journey. The role leads pull-through activities with offices, pharmacies, and the Patient Service Center, while monitoring payer trends and driving tactical plans.

The ARMs work to ensure compliant, efficient authorization processes and strong collaboration with sales and healthcare providers, including travel up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or 2+ years in access-related role outside pharma.
• Experience in Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Neurology or Dermatology is preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance/benefit design for commercial and government payers.
• Background in Access & Reimbursement, payer account management, specialty pharmacy distribution, patient services, case management.
• Ability to navigate complex authorization processes for specialty medications.

Responsibilities

• Lead case pull-through to improve access and expedite patient start of therapy.
• Collaborate with prescribing offices, specialty pharmacies, Patient Service Center, and sales to coordinate access.
• Identify payer trends, alert partners, and develop tactical plans to maintain treatment access.
• Educate and support HCP offices on best practices to streamline authorization and scheduling.
• Travel up to 60% as needed to support field operations.
