Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community‑minded behavioral health organization serving southeastern and central Ohio. The Access Supervisor – Southeast, Ohio, oversees referrals for care and timely access to services, managing a team of intake specialists across multiple regions.

Salary ranges from $61,174.73 to $79,175.95 annually, based on experience. The role requires LISW/LPCC licenses in Ohio or equivalent, and both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work or

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health or a related field
• 3 years of experience in medical referral position and/or nonprofit administrative management environment
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Oversee timeliness, accuracy and follow-up of referrals across regions
• Maintain quality and timeliness in written and verbal communication with clients and partners
• Manage performance, recruitment, onboarding, and team development, including progressive discipline
• Provide routine support to employees through coaching and problem-solving
• Lead agency-wide collaboration and innovation to support outcomes
• Ensure implementation and oversight of policies, procedures, and processes
• Participate in outreach and follow-up calls as needed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional guidelines
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation
• Travel within designated service areas as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
