Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• Bookstore operations experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey concepts and solve problems.
• Proficient organizational skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assist with executing Follett ACCESS course materials operations for a store.
• Collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders to ensure accurate and timely availability of textbooks and digital resources.
• Collaborate with the Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team.
• Interface with faculty for ongoing training of Follett ACCESS requirements and timely collection of adoptions.
• Ensure all course materials are available and ready for students on the targeted date and execute a hassle-free customer experience.
• Ensure that billing and collection for Follett ACCESS accounts are managed accordingly.
• Work with little supervision and utilize independent judgment to execute company programs and initiatives effectively.
