Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Textbook Materials Coordinator in California to plan, coordinate, and support Follett ACCESS course materials operations for a store. You will collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders to ensure timely availability of textbooks and digital resources, and collaborate with faculty for ongoing adoption training.

You will work with store management to contact publishers, ensure materials are ready by the target date, and oversee billing for Follett ACCESS

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent is required.
• Bookstore operations experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey concepts and solve problems.
• Proficient organizational skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assist with Follett ACCESS course materials operations for a store.
• Collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders to ensure timely availability of textbooks and digital resources.
• Collaborate with Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team; interface with faculty for training and adoptions.
• Reach out to publishers with store management to handle issues related to adoptions and selection.
• Ensure all course materials are available and ready for students on the targeted date and support a hassle-free customer experience.
• Manage billing and collections for Follett ACCESS accounts; perform tasks with little supervision.
