Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, healthcare administration).
• Four (4) years of relevant experience in healthcare, data analysis, project management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and problem-solving approaches.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and MS Visio.
• Experience with quality/operations improvement in healthcare or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate access improvement initiatives, including core system scheduling algorithm design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop system-wide policies for patient access and scheduling.
• Develop and update system scheduling design policies with cross-functional teams.
• Implement system standards to enhance accuracy and efficiency in patient access channels.
• Integrate scheduling builds into patient portals to support digital scheduling initiatives.
• Apply lean six sigma, agile, and other methodologies to address process inefficiencies.
