Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in healthcare operations or physician relations, strong customer service, and proficiency with Epic or similar EHR systems. This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; higher education preferred.
Five years of progressively more responsible experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or physician relations.
Ability to lead initiatives and manage complex workflows.
Proficiency with medical electronic systems (Epic preferred) and data documentation.
Strong communication, customer service, and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Community Physicians, patients, families, and internal departments.
Optimize patient access and enhance physician engagement.
Improve operational efficiency across the health system.
Lead initiatives supporting navigation, service excellence, and data-informed decision-making.
