• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage key control: issue, receive, track, audit, document keys and access materials.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for campus customers and Facilities Management staff.
• Support routine and emergency facilities service requests, dispatch, and incident tracking.
• Coordinate building monitoring and emergency communications as needed.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of operations.
