Ideal candidates have locksmithing knowledge and at least 2 years of hands-on security experience; you must learn new methods, work well solo or with the team, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in security solutions, access control, door hardware, or related trades.
• Locksmithing knowledge is a plus and the ability to learn new technical methods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, and service commercial and residential access and video systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of access and video systems, including programming and testing.
• Lead site visits with sales and manage projects from walk-through to hand-off.
