• Minimum 2 years experience in locksmithing, access control, door hardware, and other skilled trades.
• Good relationship-building with diverse customers and teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency work orders for commercial clients.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Handle access control hardware and keying systems.
• Create and maintain master key systems.
• Read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform servicing.
• Work safely on ladders and with appropriate PPE.
• Interact effectively with customers and clients.
