Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in security solutions, access control, door hardware.
• Ability to install and service commercial and residential access and video systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer instruction skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, and service access and video systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems including programming.
• Instruct customers on system operations and features.
• Respond to questions and propose corrective services.
• Lead projects onsite and coordinate with sales team.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Oversee technicians and subcontractors on site.
• Other duties as required by management.
