FlyLock Security Solutions Seattle is seeking an Access Control Technician to install, service, and support access control and video systems for commercial and residential sites. The role requires hands-on technical ability and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has locksmithing knowledge and the ability to learn new techniques. You will lead site projects from initial walkthroughs to hand-offs, coordinate with sales

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of locksmithing or access control
• Ability to learn new technical methods and techniques
• Demonstrated technical mindset and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Inspects, installs, and services basic and complex access and video systems according to specs.
• Performs troubleshooting and repair for access and video systems including programming and testing.
• Instructs customers in system operation and features; responds to questions and requests.
• Acts as onsite project lead to meet timelines and oversee technicians and subcontractors.
